webticketer
v0.18.1· Privacy and terms pages, linked from sign-in

Tickets in Discord. Work in a panel.

webticketer opens a private channel for every ticket, and your staff answer from a web panel with queues, internal notes and search. Members never leave Discord. Your team never digs through channels.

One bot for every server you run.

Features

Everything a support team needs, none of it in a channel.

Members open tickets where they already are. Staff get a real helpdesk.

Ticket panels

Post a message with a button for each ticket type. One click opens a private channel only the member and the bot can see.

Queues for the whole team

Triage, All tickets, My tickets, and one queue per panel and per agent. Sort and filter any column.

Statuses that keep themselves

A reply sets With user. The member writing back sets User updated. You always know whose move it is.

Transcripts

Closed tickets are archived with their files. Members can sign in with Discord and read their own.

Search everything

One search bar finds members and tickets, open or closed, by number, subject or anything said in them.

Dashboard

Response wait and time to close, per panel and per agent. Show the averages on the panel message if you like.

Internal notes

Say it to the team, not the member.

Notes sit in the conversation, where the context is, tinted and labelled so nobody mistakes one for a reply.

  • Mention a colleague and the bot sends them a link to the ticket.
  • Reply and Internal note are separate tabs in the composer.
  • Never posted to Discord, never in a transcript, never shown to whoever opened the ticket.

v0.18.1

Privacy and terms pages, linked from sign-in.

  • webThe sign-in page now says that sign-in happens on discord.com and what the panel receives, and links to the new privacy and terms pages on the public website.
  • webEvery other page links to them too: the sidebar footer in the panel, and the foot of My tickets, Inbox, About and the no-servers page.

v0.18.0

Ready to deploy: one container image, and separate addresses for staff and end users.

  • webThe panel can answer on two hostnames: one for staff and one for the end-user ticket history. A request proxy sends each path to the right address; sign-in and About work on both. With only one address configured nothing changes.
  • webDiscord sign-in now builds its callback address from the configured public addresses, so it works behind a reverse proxy on either hostname.

v0.17.2

  • webThe Add server link now asks Discord for a server install explicitly, so it matches the invite link generated in the developer portal.
